Dear Bernard and Mary and your extended family

We are just heartbroken over Phil's passing. He was my neighbor, friend, and surrogate dad after my dad´s passing for over 48 years (for Bill, 26 years). When I would call after our move, he always remembered us and I could fill up an hour just reminiscing about the neighborhood and families. He always made sure we had "family" for the holidays, for which we are always grateful for. We could always count on Phil and Doris! We have such fond memories of such a special man and will always think of both your parents as our "adopted parents"! Thank you for sharing them with us.

With deepest sympathies

We are so sorry to hear of Philip's death. He was a wonderful, cheerful, family man with a positive attitude. For years, he was involved with Morgan athletics. Many boys and girls enjoyed sports because of his generous community involvement. He also helped the blind as a a member of the Morgan LIons Club. Rest in peace Phil. Love, Vernie and Bill Jarocki
