I am so saddened to hear of Jake's passing.
I was always impressed with his strong presence, upright nature and ability to lead men despite his young age. When Jake and his dad Joe moved on from working with us, it was a regretted loss but we understood his need to continue his growth.
He was an intricate team member on many of our most important projects and everyone that worked with him trusted and respected him.
I pray and believe he is in a better place, free from any pain.

Dear Schwartz Family, As I sit here, I cannot think of anything to say that will give any of you comfort. I can say Laurie is one of the women in my life, that is closest to my heart. I don't have to tell anyone how amazing she is, you all already know. I say this because I feel her pain truly and fully. I loved Jake. I loved the way Jake spent countless hours playing with my daughter and Madison in the yard, how he would go to Krausers and treat them to ice cream. My gosh, I love that kid. Jake was very special to my son Timmy. They held many conversations, and truly enjoyed eachothers company. Joe, is a great friend to my husband. I think it's safe to say, they have a lot in common. We love this family very much. They are very much a part of us. Julie's kids and my Emma grew together. Julie is an amazing mom with patience of a saint. Joey and Leann are just really good people. They are always there for everyone. As my neighbors, they need to be commended for all they both did for Jake. If anyone can take anything away from this, it's that, you should always, always be nice, friendly, and kind. You never do know the battle a person is suffering. Don't ever disregard a person battling mental illness. They do not have a choice, the reason, it's a real illness. It's not something we need to overlook or poke fun at. With that being said, I truly love you Jake. I hope you found peace, I hope you are smiling with that big adorable smile of yours. That smile, I tell you, it would make your day, just because it was so big. We will see you on the other side. Xo ~ Dawn Snyder
