Gloria R. (Krasa) Gildersleeve

Gloria R. (Krasa) Gildersleeve, 87, of Neptune, formerly of Union and Keyport, NJ, passed away, Wednesday, January 11, 2017, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. She was born in Elizabeth to the late Frank and Cecelia (Dumas) Krasa. Back in the 1960’s, she worked for eight years as a buyer with Woolworth’s and from 1989-1993, she worked as a hostess with Molly Pitcher Inn, Red Bank.
Besides her parents, Gloria was also predeceased by her beloved husband, Frank Gildersleeve in 1988. She is survived by a daughter, Darlyn; a son, George Jr.; grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, from 10-11AM, with a prayer at 11AM, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ 07735, followed by a graveside service at St. Joseph Cemetery, Keyport, NJ.
