Wanda G Sweeney

Wanda Sweeney, of Hazlet, passed away Thursday, February 25th, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 76.
 
Wanda was born in Germany, on April 22, 1944, the daughter of the late Genevieve Cwiklinski.
 
Wanda is  survived by; her devoted husband Ronald Sweeney; her loving son Ronald Sweeney; her adoring daughter Christine Sweeney (Reardon) and her husband, William Reardon. Wanda also leaves behind a dear, lifelong friend Carole Medvetz.
 
For many years, when her children were younger, Wanda was active in the HYAL where she formed lifelong bonds. More recently she retired from the Diocese of Trenton where she worked at the Church of St. Catharine in Holmdel.  She was a parishoner at St. Benedict's Church in Holmdel. Wanda was a very generous person always giving to others. 
 

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 2pm until 4pm and again from 7pm until 9pm.
