Thomas E. Higgins

Thomas E. Higgins of Keyport, passed away on Sunday, February 14th, at Bayshore Community Hospital. He was 81.

Thomas was born in Jersey City, NJ on November 22, 1939, a son of the late Marion (Owen) and Thomas Higgins.

Thomas is survived by his wife Lorraine; daughters Stacy Higgins; son Mark Higgins and his wife Jackie; and  two granddaughters Kaitlin and Kelsey. He also leaves his caregiver and friend Charles Eppler.
