Theresa V. (Donohue) Konze

Theresa V. Konze, 83, of Union Beach, NJ passed away Thursday, October 12th, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. 

Theresa is the wife of Emile Konze for 64 years. Theresa was born in Brooklyn, NY on February 24, 1940, a daughter of the late Mildred and William Donohue. She lived in Avenel, and Perth Amboy before moving to Union Beach over 50 years ago. She was a parishioner at Holy Family RCC for many years.

Theresa is predeceased by her brother William Donohue. She leaves behind her cherished husband Emile, devoted children Margaret Knichel, Brian and his wife Stephanie, Eileen Vollmuth and her husband Joseph and William and his wife Tara.

Also surviving are her sisters Joan Caplette, Catherine Watson and Maureen Del Popolo, 13 loving grandchildren; Rebecca, Shawn, Kyle, Andrew, Brianne, Michael, Victoria, Timothy, George, Catherine, Emma, Frank, Elizabeth and 18 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 2 PM to 5 PM on Sunday, October 15th at Day Funeral Home in Keyport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM on Monday, October 16th at Holy Family Church in Union Beach, NJ and Mausoleum Entombment will follow at St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia, NJ.
