Susan Jude Crane passed away peacefully at home in Hazlet on March 21, 2020. She was 59.
Susan was born in Elizabeth, NJ on March 15, 1961 to adoring parents Paul Pope Pawling and Marie Neglia.
In life, Susan was known for her magnetic personality, which instantly drew everyone she knew and met in and closer to her. Susan was selfless, giving and loving. Susan thoroughly enjoyed being around and caring for all of her Niece’s and Nephew’s as well as Great Niece’s and Nephew that loved her so much that she became like a second Mom to all. Susan enjoyed her many hobbies including knitting, ceramics, cross stitching, sewing and gardening where she especially loved her roses. She had a wonderful talent for creating beautiful baby blankets for all the babies in her life.
Susan leaves behind her loving husband Richard Crane whom she has been with since they were teenagers; son Richard Crane Jr. whom she adored and loved immeasurably from the moment she first laid eyes on him; brother Ernest Pawling and his wife Deborah of Union Beach, sister Paula Imbro of Keyport, sister Peggy Ann Martin and her husband Chris of Hazlet, sister Elizabeth Cadigan and her husband Daniel of Sayerville, and her brother Jason Pawling and his wife Peggy Lee of Middletown, a brother in law Robert Crane and his wife Christine of Hazlet, sister in law Kathy Morris and her husband Lawrence of Sea Bright and brother in law Frank Dennorisno of Manchester.
Susan also leaves behind numerous Nieces and Nephews as well as Great Nieces and Nephew whom she loved and adored.
During her time, Susan touched many lives and will be dearly missed by all that she knew.
There to welcome Susan into eternal rest were her parents Paul and Marie Pawling.
