Richard D Sutter

Richard D Sutter, 91, of Barnegat, NJ passed away Monday, November 20th, at Care 1 at Middletown, NJ. 

Richard was born in Jersey City, NJ on May 9, 1932, a son of the late Anna and Charles A. Sutter.
He served in the U.S. Navy in the Korean War, attended Seton Hall University, and then worked as an Insurance Claims Processor at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital.

Richard is predeceased by his parents, Charles and Anna, his wife Marguerite and daughter Linda. Surviving are his children Richard, Laura, Robert and Janice Sutter, sisters Margaret and Ruth Sutter and loving grandchildren Karabella Hernandez and husband Tristian, Deneb Hernandez and wife Jessica, Novara Hernandez, Magdalena Hernandez, and Altaira Hernandez. He is also before passing was about to become a great-grandfather to Deneb and Jessica's baby.

Visitation will be held 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM on Friday, November 24th at Day Funeral Home in Keyport, New Jersey.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 25th at Day Funeral Home at 10AM. Interment will follow at Christ Church Cemetery, South Amboy, NJ.
