Patricia B. Cregg

Patricia B. Cregg, 82, of Hazlet, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2021 at Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel, surrounded by her children.

   She was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Joseph Blake and Hanora (Maguire) Blake. Patricia was a devoted wife and mother and loved her extended family, and the NY Giants, dearly. Patricia was predeceased by her husband Bernard Cregg; her brothers, Daniel and Kevin; and her sisters Sister Mary Philothea Blake and Regina Guastaferro. She is survived by her beloved and dedicated children, John Cregg and his wife Jennifer of Brick and Meredith Cregg-Wedmore and her husband Andrew of Hazlet; and adoring grandchildren Blake, Caden, and Conall Cregg-Wedmore. She is also survived by her 2 brothers, Joseph and Robert; 3 sisters, Sister Miriam Blake, Eileen D’Amico, and Barbara Rath; as well as many cherished in-laws, nieces, and nephews. 

   A visitation will be held for Patricia on Thursday December 30, 2021 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Day Funeral Home 361 Maple Place Keyport, New Jersey 07735.

   A Mass of Christian Burial will follow 11AM at Saint Benedict's Roman Catholic Church of Holmdel.

   Burial will follow in Saint Joseph's Cemetery of Keyport.
