Maria Regueiro Obituary

Maria Josephine Regueiro, 88, of Hazlet, NJ passed away Monday, May 11, 2020 at Arnold Walter Nursing Home.

She was the widow of Eugenio F. Regueiro. Maria was born in Mondonedo, Spain on July 23, 1931. Maria visited Cuba as a young adult with her aunt and uncle and settled there. She came to the United States with her family and lived in Brooklyn and finally settled in Union Beach/Hazlet 27 years ago. She was a Seamstress her entire life and worked in New York City in the garment district.

Maria is survived by her loving children Lillian Kinsella and Eugene Regueiro & his loving wife Sheryl and cherished seven grandchildren Billy, Amber, Dana, Skye, Eugene, Cody nd Gabby.

A private gathering for Maria will be held Friday May 15, 2020 and entombment will be held at 12:15 Friday at Green Grove Cemetery, Keyport
