Luis, You will be missed, A Officer and Gentlemen at Heart always there to assist. My greatest memory is when I participated in the Special Olympics run and you cheering us from the marked unit. Motivation at its best and I Thank You.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Lou for a number of years. He was always a gentleman even when carrying out difficult responsibilities.
I am sure the fond memories of the many years you shared together will ease the burden of your loss. God Bless Lou and his entire family.

Lou, you will be missed, still remember with fondness our Disney trip years ago, all the SO summer games and board walk fun we had. Rest in Peace.
