Julian E. Atkins

Julian Atkins passed away at his home, in Old Bridge Township, on Thursday August 20, 2020. He was born June 11, 1939 in Sperryville, Virginia to Maggie Mae Frye Atkins and Ashby G. Atkins. He operated his auto repair business for over 30 years in Middletown, New Jersey.

Julian is pre deceased by his beloved wife Gloria, he is survived by two loving children, Lori Illingworth and Jay Atkins and his wife Dawn; five cherished grandchildren, Drew and his wife Gabriela, Dana, Nicholas, and Jason; and two great-grandchildren Benjamin and Alexander. He will be dearly missed and remembered by his friends and family.

Visitation will take place on Sunday August 23, 2020 from 4 to 8pm at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ 07735. Friends and family are invited back to Day Funeral Home for a service on Monday August 24 at 10AM with entombment to follow at St. Joseph Mausoleum.
