Joseph J. Eleneski Jr.

Joseph J. Eleneski Jr., 68 of Matawan, formerly of Harrison, Belleville and Nutley passed away at home, Wednesday April 14,2021.  He was a Police Officer for Passaic, NJ from May 1975 until his retirement, January 1992.  After his retirement he went on and worked for the Drug Enforcement Agency in Newark, NJ.  

Joseph is pre deceased by his parents; Joseph and Genevieve (Jurczak) Eleneski and his beloved wife Beverly.  He is survived by his loving brothers and their wives; Tom and Diane Eleneski of Brick, NJ., and Robert and Terri Eleneski of Queen Creek, AZ.  Joseph also leaves his nieces and nephews; Nicole Kotlowski, Andrew Eleneski, Michael Eleneski, Alex Eleneski, Jason Eleneski and Jessica Eleneski.

Relatives and friends are invited Tuesday, April 20, 2021 from 2 to 6 PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Pl., Keyport NJ 07735.  A service will be held during the visitation.  His cremation will be private.
