Gloria (Dittmer) O'Brien

Gloria O’Brien, 91 of Hazlet passed away April 17, 2018 at Bayside Manor in Keansburg, NJ. Gloria was born in Brooklyn, lived in Staten Island and moved to Hazlet 27 years ago. She worked as a medical claim coder for Erisco in Staten Island. She was also a volunteer at Bayshore Hospital for 15 years in the gift shop and she loved her time there.

Gloria is predeceased by her parents George and Margaret Dittmer. She is survived by her loving children Daniel of Summit, NJ, Barbara Restuccio of Hazlet and Terri Bilowus and her husband Steven also of Hazlet. Gloria also leaves behind her adoring grandchildren Thomas and Bobby O’Brien, Gregory O’Brien and fiancé Sarah Garry, David and Joanne Restuccio, Matthew Restuccio, Steven Bilowus, Dan and Krista Bilowus and great grandchildren Natahly and Nikolas Restuccio and Logan Bilowus.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 5-9pm at Day Funeral Home 361 Maple Place, Keyport NJ 07735.Funeral services will be held Friday 8:30am at the FH followed by a 9:30am Mass at Holy Family RC Church, Union Beach.
