George B Hasko

George B. Hasko, 58 of Aberdeen passed away Tuesday February 25,2020 at home.

He was born in Rahway to the late George M Hasko and Anna (Billiy) Hasko. George obtained his Bachelor’s Degree and went on to become an Accountant in Finance, working for L'Oreal in Cranbury, NJ and most recently for Health Fair in Little Silver, New Jersey. He was a member of the Aberdeen-Matawan CERT team and a volunteer at the Castle of Dreams Animal Rescue in Aberdeen & also a Volunteer for Special Times for Special minds.

George is pre deceased by his parents and his step mother, Janet Hasko.

He is survived by his beloved wife Barbara Hasko; step-children Jessica James of Woodbridge, David James Jr. of Belleville, and Mathew C. James of Aberdeen; four loving grandchildren Collin Matthew Cristobal, Jessalynn Mikayla James, Sarina Riann James and Ciara Hope James. He also leaves behind a sister Dawn Nolte of Bangor, PA and his cousin John E Callahan III. George will be missed by all those who loved and knew him.

Friends and relatives are invited to a visitation for George on Sunday March 1, 2020 from 1PM to 5PM at Day Funeral Home . At that time a service will be held during the visitation. His cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Castle of Dreams at castle-of-dreams.com
