Emma J. (Sviridovich) Tiedemann

Emma J. Tiedemann, 92, of Hazlet, peacefully passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2018. Emma was born in New York City, before moving to New Jersey. After marrying her late husband Robert, she became a homemaker.

Emma is predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert J. Tiedemann; her parents, Theodore and Anna (Matejka) Sviridovich; and her brother John Sviridovich. Emma is survived by her loving children; Jean Smith and her husband Kent of Michigan, Robert and his wife Betsy of California, her son Christopher and his wife Patti of Hazlet. She is also survived by her eight cherished grandchildren, and two precious great-grandchildren. Emma will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.

Friends and relatives are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 from 6-9PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport NJ 07735; A second visitation on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 10-11AM at the funeral home, followed by a 11AM service at the funeral home. Entombment will follow the service at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens in Woodbridge.
