Edward J. Marino, 92, of Keansburg, NJ passed away Wednesday, May 30th, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel.
He was predeceased by his wife Josephine Marino.
Edward was born in New York, New York on May 25, 1926, a son of the late Antoinette (Arminate) and Michael A. Marino. He lived in Keansburg for the last 48 years. Edward worked as a car repairman for the Long Island Rail Road in Queens, NY for 30 years. Edward was a multi talented jack of all trades and was a animal lover.He served in the U.S. Army in WW II.
Edward is predeceased also by his sister Filomena Marino, and brothers Rocco, Alphonso and William Marino. He is survived by two daughters, Diane Rosiello and her husband Michael, and
Christine Middlecoop and her husband Anthony, a sister Virginia Gervase and her husband Luke and brother Michael Marino. He is also survived by his loving son-in-law John Azzinaro and his wife Lorraine. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren James, Amanda and her husband Nicholas Leach, Nicole, William, Jane and great grandchildren Alexa and Aubrey.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:15 AM on Monday, June 4th at St. Ann's RCC in Keansburg, NJ .
Public Viewing will be held 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 3rd at Day Funeral Home in Keyport, New Jersey . Public Viewing will be held 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Sunday, June 3rd at Day Funeral Home in Keyport, New Jersey . Public Viewing will be held 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM on Monday, June 4th at Day Funeral Home in Keyport, New Jersey
