Diane Claire Long

    On September 11, 2023, Diane Claire Long passed away peacefully in Aberdeen, Maryland. She was 74 years of age.

    Diane was born in Brooklyn, NY on April 13, 1949. She is predeceased by her parents and four siblings.  Diane is survived by her sons Matthew David Long of Kenneth Square, Pennsylvania and Robert Taylor Long IV of Washington State; her sisters, Irene McGrath and Janet Briggs of New Jersey, 4 grandchildren, and 10 nieces & nephews.

    Diane was a loving Mother, extremely talented artist and loving friend to many. She will forever be in our hearts.  She will be laid to rest beside her mother, Johanna Maloney Cain in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Keyport, NJ.

    Friends and relatives are invited to a memorial visitation for Diane on Saturday October 14, 2023 from 9AM to 11AM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place Keyport, New Jersey 07735.  At that time a service will be held 11AM at the funeral home.  

    Burial of ashes will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery of Keyport.
