David Scott Knueppel, affectionately known as Wavey Davey, 61 of Cliffwood Beach passed away Friday September 1, 2023 at Jefferson Einstein Hospital of Philadelphia surrounded by his loving family.

He was a college graduate majoring in Telecommunications Management at DeVry University of New Jersey.
Throughout his professional career he used all of his skills in Telecommunications at a global Telecommunications firm as well as owned his own business Quality Connections, LLC of Cliffwood Beach.
He took great pleasure in working as a Sound Engineer for many years with Timepiece and a few other classic rock bands playing the Jersey Shore. He enjoyed flying large kites, collecting beer steins, and skeet shooting. He loved traveling to beach destinations, especially annual family vacations to Sanibel Island on Florida's Gulf Coast.
David was passionate about motorcycles and loved riding his own bike with his wife or daughter as passenger. He supported several civic outreach programs including the Patriot Guard Riders, an all volunteer biker organization designed to assist and guard first responders, military veterans and their families who experience the tragedy of loss.

David will be greatly missed by his loving family and many friends. We trust he is reunited with loved ones that have gone before him, and just maybe searching for that lost shaker of salt with one of his favorites, Jimmy Buffet.
