Catherine T. Parascando

    Catherine T. Parascando, 84, of Cliffwood Beach passed away Thursday November 2nd, 2023 at Bayshore Hospital in Holmdel, New Jersey.

    She was born in Newark, New Jersey to the late William Lonergan and Anna (Rogan) Lonergan.

    For many years Catherine was a homemaker.

    She enjoyed her trips to Atlantic City and the race track.

   Catherine was also predeceased by her husband Anthony Parascando.

   She leaves behind her son Anthony Parascando and wife Ann Marie of Gilbert, Georgia, daughters Theresa Philhower and husband George of Temple, Georgia, and Denise Parascando of Tallapoosa, Georgia; five grandchildren Justin Parascando, Harley Philhower, Kiara Philhower (all of Georgia), Tanner Parascando of Florida and Chase Anthony Parascando of Pennsylvania; and two cherished great-grandchildren Brighten Philhower and Harley Philhower of Georgia.

   Friends and relatives are invited to the visitation for Catherine on Monday, November 6th, 2023 9AM to 11AM at Day Funeral Home 361 Maple Place, Keyport NJ 07735.

   A mass will follow at 11:30AM at St. Joseph's Church (Our Lady of Fatima Parish) of Keyport.

   Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery of Keyport.
