Anna G. Angermeyer, 95, of Hazlet, passed away, Monday, December 4, 2017, in Huntersville, North Carolina. Anna was born in Jersey City, NJ and raised in Iselin. Anna was a graduate of Woodbridge High School. She was a resident of Hazlet for 60 years where she raised her family and enjoyed socializing with her neighbors. Anna retired 30 years ago from public service working for the Township of Hazlet. Anna was devoted to her family and enjoyed the visits and help from her nieces and grandchildren. She enjoyed being active in Hazlet Senior Groups.
Anna was predeceased by her beloved husband, Fred Angermeyer in 2001; her son, Paul Angermeyer in 1977; her parents, William and Nora Grob and her sister, Eugenia Shedden. She is survived by her two loving sons, William Angermeyer and wife Melissa of Charlotte, NC and George Angermeyer and wife Jill of Union Beach, NJ. Anna has six cherished grandchildren - Justin Angermeyer of Brooklyn, NY, Sarah Angermeyer of New Brunswick, NJ, and Caitlin, Elizabeth, Christopher, and Megan Angermeyer of Charlotte, NC. She also has many nieces and nephews who were fond of her. Anna will be missed and fondly remembered by family and friends.
