Angela M Reeves

Angela M. Reeves (DiCosimo), 74 of Keyport, New Jersey passed away Thursday August 31st, 2023 peacefully at Bayshore Hospital in Holmdel, New Jersey.  

She was born in Hackensack, New Jersey to the late Mario DiCosimo and Stefana DiMartino.  She was raised in Maywood, NJ with her two sisters Concetta and Joann. She was part of the graduating class of 68 at Bogota High School. Shortly after high school, she married Edward J. Reeves from Hackensack and moved to Germany for a year. A few years later, Angela moved with her beloved husband to Keyport, NJ. She has been a resident of Keyport for 48 years. 

For many years Angela was a medical assistant at Holmdel Cardiology.  Prior to Holmdel Cardiology, she worked as a nurse's aid at Bayshore Hospital in Holmdel, NJ and Regency (Brookdale) Nursing Home. 

She was a parishioner of St Benedict Church of Holmdel NJ. 

She enjoyed doing arts and crafts, crocheting, taking care of her animals, shopping and hanging out with her family. 

She is predeceased by her husband, Edward J. Reeves (Keyport, NJ), her parents Mario and Stefana DiCosimo (Maywood, NJ), mother-in-law Hazel Falto (Hazlet, NJ), brother-in-law Thomas J. Reeves (Hazlet, NJ),  brother-in-law Gary Sheridan (Rutherford, NJ) and sister-in-law Barbara Reeves (Bloomfield, NJ). 

Angela leaves behind her sons Edward Reeves of Keyport, NJ, Howard Reeves of (Guyton, GA). Her sisters, Concetta Reeves (Hazlet, NJ) and Joann Sheridan(Rutherford, NJ). Her five grandchildren, Denis Reeves (Brick, NJ), Brittany Reeves (Pooler, GA) Kaitlyn Reeves, Lilyann Reeves, and Bella Reeves  (Guyton, GA). Her nieces and nephews Patrick Reeves (Stephanie) (Mornganville, NJ), Stefanie Lowe (Brian) (Hazlet, NJ), Megan DiCosimo (Don) (Garfield, NJ), Kimberly  Nichols (Ryan) (Saint Johns, FL), Denis Cirlin (Natalie) (Cedar Grove, NJ), and Dale Cirlin (Dana).  As well as \her many great nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Friends and relatives are invited to a memorial mass for Angela on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 9AM at St. Benedict’s Church 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel NJ 07733. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Keyport.
