Robert D. Hallacker

Robert D. Hallacker, 76, of Highlands, passed away, Monday, September 27, 2010, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Scranton, PA, he resided in Newark for 21 years, moving to Highlands in 2008. He was a truck driver for over 40 years, retiring in 1998, from being employed with Associated Transport, Newark for 15 years. Robert is predeceased by his parents, John and Louise Wallser Hallacker; and a daughter, Deborah Hallacker in 2007. He is survived by his loving companion, Barbara Jones; his beloved children, Robert Hallacker and his wife, Janet of Freehold; Allen Hallacker of Florida; and Denise Ligato and her husband, Michael of Parlin; three dear brothers, John Hollicker of Murphysboro, TN; Allen Hallacker of Vernon and William Hallacker of Florida; and two dear sisters, Alberta O’Donnell of Hazlet and Marlene Bauer of Pennsylvania; and three cherished grandchildren, Robert and Danielle Hallacker and Maria Ligato.
