Rhoda Rose (Minor) Testino

Rhoda Rose (Minor) Testino, 91, of Parlin, passed away, Thursday, June 28, 2018, at home.  Born in Keyport, she resided in Union Beach before moving to Parlin.  She worked as a House Keeper at South Amboy Hospital. 

Rhoda was predeceased by her parents, James and Rhoda Minor and her grandsons, Edward James Testino, Christopher Robert Testino and Christopher Thomas McGinty Jr.  She is survived by her loving children and their spouses; Robert and Tamara Testino EnTin of Clarion, Iowa, Nancy and Kenneth Allocca of Springhill, FL, Cindy and Mike Zeitner of Parlin, Edward Testino and Colleen M. Flynn of Old Bridge, Donna and Christopher McGinty Sr. of Old Bridge and daughter in law Lorelei Testino.  Two dear brothers; Sameul and Frank Minor; 18 cherished grandchildren; Tracy, Nicholas, Andrew, Amanda & Steve, David (DJ), Joseph, Cynthia, Justin, Ryan, Jacqueline, Tyler , Elizabeth &  Aaron, Alejandro, David, Richard, and  Michael; and 6 precious great-grandchildren; Stephanie, Kyle, Kaitlyn, Leland, Savannah, and  Adriana.  She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday July 1, 2018, from 4-8PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ 07735; and Monday, July 2, 2018, 9:30AM at the funeral home, with a 10:30AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ambrose RC Church, Old Bridge.  Burial will follow at Shoreland Memorial Gardens, Hazlet.  To post an online condolence to the family or for directions to the funeral home, please visit www.dayfuneralhome.com
