Peter M. Aurilio

    Peter M. Aurilio, 70, of Old Bridge/Matawan, NJ, passed away Monday, October 22nd, at Jersey Shore Medical Center, with his family by his side.
Peter was born in Newark, NJ on February 7, 1948, to the late Andino and Antoinette Aurilio. He lived in Hazlet and for the past 23 years in Old Bridge. Peter is a graduate of Rutgers University, and the NY School of Finance. Peter had the gift of gab, loved debating politics, traveling and was a sports fanatic with his favorite Yankees, Jets and Knicks. He was a senior claims examiner for Liberty Mutual Insurance of Freehold.
    Peter is predeceased by his parents Andino and Antoinette and his brother Gerard. He is survived by his loving wife Karen, his devoted daughter and her husband Janine R. and Andrew Buonaguro of Holmdel and his cherished grandchildren Nicholas and Gabriella.
    A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Friday, October 26th at Most Holy Redeemer RCC in Old Bridge, NJ .
Visitation will be held 4 PM to 8 PM on Thursday, October 25th at Day Funeral Home 361 Maple Place in Keyport, New Jersey and again 9 AM to 9:45 AM on Friday, October 26th at the funeral home. Entombment will follow mass at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Keyport.
