Pasquale “Pat” C. DiPalma, 90, of Aberdeen, passed away Friday, July 21, 2017 at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. He was a lifelong resident of Aberdeen and a US Navy Veteran. Pasquale worked as a custodian for the Middletown High School for 25 years and had his own landscaping business. He was also a volunteer firefighter in Aberdeen and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 3402 in Keyport.
Pasquale is predeceased by his parents Joseph and Concetta DiPalma, his sister Philomena DeLorenzo, his brother Nicholas DiPalma, and his nephew George DeLorenzo. He is survived by his niece Betty Ann Hand. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered for his never-ending commitment to his family and friends and for the sincere happiness that he conveyed whether participating at a festive holiday family event or the simple pleasure of having a cigar and glass of wine with a few close friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from 6-9PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ 07735 and Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 9:15 AM at the funeral home, with a 10AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph RC Church, Keyport.
