Marie (Bennett) Lamberth

Marie (Bennett) Lamberth, 90, of Morganville, passed away, Monday, December 11, 2017, at Chelsea Assisted Living, Morganville.  She was born and raised in Matawan.  She resided in Aberdeen prior to settling in Morganville.  She was the office manager for Strathmore Texaco, Aberdeen and then T and D Auto, Morganville before retiring.  She was a communicant of St. Joseph RC Church, Keyport.

Marie was predeceased by her beloved husband, Thurman Lamberth in 1994; her parents, Nicholas and Katherine Bennett; and her siblings, James Bennett, Catherine Bilotti, Dorothy Jameson and Veronica Eamello.  She is survived by her loving children, Michael Lamberth and his wife Barbara of Matawan; David Lamberth and his wife Elizabeth of Morganville; and Judith Lamberth of Morganville; six cherished grandchildren, Dawn Marie Sutphin, David Lamberth, Jr., Jason Hergenrother, Jessica Forlenza, Amanda Healey and Rebecca Hye and ten precious great grandchildren.  She will be dearly missed and fondly rememberEd by her family and friends.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, from 2-4 & 7-9PM, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ  07735; and Thursday, December 14, 2017, 9:15AM at the funeral home, with a 10AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph RC Church, Keyport.  Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Mausoleum, Keyport.  To post a condolence to the family or for directions to the funeral home, please visit www.dayfuneralhome.com.
