Lauren Marie Fluegge

Lauren Marie Fluegge, 31, resident of Tom River, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 22, 2017, at her home. She was born in Neptune, NJ on February 23, 1986.

Lauren grew up in Bayville, NJ, and then resided in Barton, VT, graduating high school and attended Lyndon State College there. Lauren received her BS in Human Services and she achieved multiple certifications with work in various fields.

Lauren had a love for taking care of people. She enjoyed making family and friends laugh. She loved making her own jewelry and crafting. Lauren always had a way of making you feel loved.

Lauren, unfortunately, had been battling her own personal struggles over the past years and she was unable to overcome them. Lauren will be sadly missed by her family and friends, but she is now at peace.

Lauren is survived by her loving mother, Debra (Wainwright) Fluegge; her father, Arthur Fluegge; her brother, Arthur Fluegge Jr.; and the family dog, Cody. She also leaves behind her aunt and uncle, Sharon (Wainwright) Esposito and Michael Esposito; her uncle, Paul Wainwright Jr., and predeceased aunt, Linda Allier. In addition, many loving cousins, Jessica Brangenberg; Julie, Mikey, and Matthew Esposito; Paul, Caitlyn and Kiersten Wainwright; Nanette and Les Allier, and Nicole Allier Peppard.

At the direction of family, Lauren was privately cremated.  A memorial visitation will take place on Friday December 29, 2017, from 2-4PM and 7-9PM, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ  07735.
