John K. Fitzgerald

John K. Fitzgerald, age 54, of Union Beach passed away with his family by his side at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, on Sunday, October 28, 2018. John was born in Red Bank to Maurice and Joan Fitzgerald on January 13, 1964. He was a tattoo artist at Taboo Tattoo, and was often referred to as “Mr. Taboo”
He is predeceased by his father, Maurice Fitzgerald. John is survived by his beloved wife, Elizabeth (Brungard) Fitzgerald of Union Beach, NJ; his loving mother, Joan Fitzgerald of Union Beach, NJ; his three adoring children: Elizabeth Fitzgerald and her fiancé Justin Dahl of Keyport, NJ; Tananda Kalitan of Union Beach, NJ; Sean Fitzgerald of Union Beach, NJ; his sister Ursula Fitzgerald of Toms River, NJ; and his three cherished grandchildren; Karma, Kora, and Kane. John will be fondly remembered and always in our hearts.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 from 5-9pm at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, 07735 in Keyport, NJ. In respect of Mr. Fitzgerald’s wishes, he will privately cremated.
