Joan Heffron Obituary

Joan D. Heffron 89, of Matawan, NJ passed away Tuesday May 7, 2019 at Jersey Shore Medical Center. She was originally from North Bergen, NJ and lived many years in Cheesequake Village. Joan was an executive secretary with Colgate-Palmolive in Jersey City. She was very active in many local organizations and in the community in general.

Joan is predeceased by her parents Alfred and Maria. Joan is survived by her cousin Diane Tomkins and many, many friends both near and afar.

Funeral services will be Friday May 10, 2019 at King of Kings Lutheran Church, Middletown at 10:30am. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Middletown, NJ. To leave a message of sympathy, please visit, www.dayfuneralhome.com
