Doris M (Hoffman) Sommers

Doris M. (Hoffman) Sommers, 88, of Union Beach, NJ, passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Bayshore Community Hospital.  She was born in Newark and resided in Union Beach. Doris was a loving stay at home mom.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Frederick.  Doris is survived by her loving children, Frederick of Union Beach, Thomas and his wife Dawn of Union Beach, Barry of Union Beach and Doris Hallmark and her husband Ralph of Keyport.  Eight cherished grandchildren and three adoring great grandchildren. She will be missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.

Visitation will take place Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 5-8PM, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Pl. Keyport, NJ 07735; and Friday 10AM at the Funeral Home followed by an 11AM graveside service at St. Josephs Cemetery
