Christina M. (Stevens) Hoag

Christina (Stevens) Hoag, 65, of Laurence Harbor, passed away, Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at home.  She was born in South Amboy to the late Joe and Constance (Ashton) Stevens.  She worked for over 20 years with the Memorial School, Old Bridge, as a school lunch aide, before retiring.  Christina was known to frequent yard sales; and loved spending time with her family.

Besides her parents, Christina was also predeceased by her beloved husband, James in 2011; and her brother, Andrew “Andy” Stanislawczyk.  She is survived by her two sons, Michael and wife Dawn; and Kevin and wife Eileen; her two sisters, Barbara Nemeth and Maureen Henyecz; her five cherished grandchildren, Brian, Meaghan, Kaitlyn, James and Liam; and her mother-in-law, Dolores Hoag.  She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.

Christina will be buried with her husband on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at the Brig. General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Province Line Road, Arneytown, NJ.  Prayers will be said 11AM at the cemetery chapel.
