Carol Ann Babrisky, 67 of Morganville, passed away Sunday December 15, 2019 at Bayshore Community Hospital of Holmdel.
She was predeceased by her parents James E. Triggs Sr. and Mildred (Sullivan) Triggs and a brother James E. Triggs Jr.
Carol was born in Red Bank and grew up in Keyport, moving to Morganville after she became married.
She would go on to graduate high school and trade school, becoming a Dental Assistant and Receptionist, a job she loved, for many years at the office of Dr. Scagnelli of Matawan. She retired this year.
Carol was proud to be Irish, loved camping, vacations and spending time with her cherished family. Her grandchildren were the light of her life and she enjoyed being with them and cheering them on at their many sports and activities. She loved to listen to the Beatles and was one of Barry Manilow's biggest fans.
She was a long-time active 46-year member of the Morganville Independent Ladies Auxiliary Fire Company No. 1 .
Carol is survived by her loving husband John Babrisky Jr.; children Cheryl Ziliani and her husband Gregg of Robbinsville, Heather Young and her husband Steven of Lucinda, Pennsylvania; grandchildren Anthony, Patrick, Katie and Kevin; as well as a brother Frank Triggs and his wife Sharon of Point Pleasant and a sister Bernadette Triggs of Ocean Township.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation for Carol on Tuesday December 17, 2019 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place Keyport, New Jersey 07735 and again on Wednesday December 18, 2019 8:30 AM at the funeral home for a 9:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Clement's Church of Matawan. Burial will follow at Marlboro Memorial Cemetery of Morganville.
