Thea L. Starr

Thea L. Starr, 56, of Hazlet, passed away, Sunday, July 19, 2015, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel.  Born in North Carolina, Thea has been a resident of the Monmouth County area for the past 50 years.  She worked in the sales support department of Sun, Inc., Edison.  She attended the New Monmouth Baptist Church; and she worked with the Exotic Bird Rescue.

Thea was predeceased by her father, Clayton Starr.  She is survived by her husband, Vincent Kirchdoerffer of Hazlet; her mother and stepfather, Patricia and Joe Stagich of Hazlet; her son, Jack Ristaino and his wife Kristina of Union Beach; two cherished grandchildren, Vincent and Madelyn; a brother, Gregory Starr of Manchester; her father-in-law, Vince Kirchdoerffer, Sr.; two sisters-in-law, Lynn and Mary Alice Kirchdoerffer; two cousins, Benson Schade of Rumson and Danny Schade of Leonardo; and her aunt, Jill Tornebene of Matawan.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
