Rose Marie (Auriemma) Lucasiewicz

Rose Marie (Auriemma) Lucasiewicz, 80, of Keyport, passed away Friday, November 13, 2015, in Denton Texas.  Born in Matawan, she resided in Hazlet, before moving to Keyport.  She worked as a cashier at Bradlees, Middletown; and most recently at Quick Chek of Matawan.    Rose Marie was a parishioner of St. Joseph RC Church, Keyport and a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society of St. Joseph. 

Rose Marie was predeceased by her parents, Anthonio and Victoria Auriemma; and her siblings, Frances Conroy and Anthony Auriemma.  She is survived by her loving children, Patricia Hodge and her husband Michael of Justin, Texas; Michael Lucasiewicz and his wife Jeanne Rapp of Keyport; Steven and his spouse Michele Beese of Brick; and Paul of Keyport; six cherished grandchildren, Kristina Umbarger, Thomas, Matthew, Charlie, Eddie and Tara Lucasiewicz; and one adored great grandchild, Emmett Umbarger.  She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, November 19, 2015, 2-4 & 7-9PM, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ 07735; and Friday, November 20, 2015, 8:30AM at the funeral home, with a 9:15AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph RC Church, Keyport.  Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Keyport.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society of St. Joseph, 376 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ  07735, in memory of Rose.  To post an online condolence to the family or for directions to the funeral home, please visit www.dayfuneralhome.com.
