Richard "Ric" McCook

Richard “Ric” McCook, 61, of Lake Worth, Florida, lost his battle with cancer on May 13, 2015.   He was raised in Union Beach, and attended Keyport High School. He worked for Hollywood Oil and Sprague Oil before relocating to Florida 35 years ago.  Ric’s love of boating, fishing, sports cars and motorcycles made Florida a natural choice for him.

He is survived by his son, Michael J. McCook of Indio, CA; his father, Robert F. McCook Sr. of Keyport; his brothers, Robert McCook Jr. & his wife Kimberly of Holmdel; Michael McCook & his wife Barbara of Henderson, NV; and Terry McCook of Mastic Beach, NY; his sister, Kelly A. Garibaldi of Scotch Plains, NJ; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held from 7-9 PM, Thursday, May 28, 2015, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ 07735.
