Paul D. Purcell

Paul D. Purcell, 52, of Aberdeen, passed away, Thursday, April 9, 2015, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel.  He was born in Newark.  He worked as a supervisor with Ferro Corp, Edison for over 20 years.  He volunteered with the Cliffwood Fire Department for 16 years.  Paul loved animals and he was generous and kind.

Paul was predeceased by his parents, Martin and June (Schmalz) Purcell.  He is survived by his siblings, William and wife Donna of Keansburg; Keith and wife Karen of Toms River; John and wife Jennifer of Aberdeen; and Kenneth and wife Suzanne of S. Plainfield; his loving companion, Kim Cislo; his nieces and nephews, Jason and wife Shannon, Christine, Ryan and Hanna; his great nephew, Connor; and many dear friends.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Family and friends are invited Sunday, April 12, 2015, from 3-7PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ  07735.  Cremation will be private.
