Norma (DeBin) Tumminelli

Norma (DeBin) Tumminelli, 91, of Hazlet, passed away, Thursday, July 06, 2017, at home.  Born in Pinefork, OH, she resided in Staten Island prior to settling in Hazlet over 52 years ago.  For 25 years, she worked in sales for Zaslow’s in Aberdeen. 

Norma was predeceased by her beloved husband, Rudolph Tumminelli in 2014; her parents, Anthony and Maria (Dare) DeBin; three sisters, Rena Colanero, Edith Dirga and Augusta DeBin; and her brother, Alfred DeBin.  She is survived by her loving children, Debra Caliendo and husband Thomas of Aberdeen; and Vincent Tumminelli of Hazlet; a sister, Adele DeLisa; four cherished grandchildren, Michelle Bernard, Thomas Caliendo, Jr., Christine Caliendo and Vincent Tony Tumminelli; and four precious great grandchildren, Joleigh, Luca, Francesco and Coraline.  She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, July 9, 2017, from 2-4  & 7-9PM, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ  07735; and Monday, July 10, 2017, 9:15AM, at the funeral home, with a 10AM Funeral Mass at St. Joseph RC Church, Keyport.  Cremation will be private.  To post a condolence to the family or to obtain directions to the funeral home, please visit the website www.dayfuneralhome.com.
