Margaret (Kay) Raymond

Margaret (Kay) Raymond, 75, of Cliffwood Beach/Aberdeen Township, passed away, Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at home.  She was born in New York City, NY.  For ten years, she worked as a bus aide with the Matawan/Aberdeen School District.  Margaret was a loving mother and grandmother.  She was an avid cook and loved her animals.  She was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Cliffwood Fire Company.

Margaret was predeceased by her parents, Fredrick Dahl and Claire (Heightman) Kay.  She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Joseph Raymond; her loving children, Patricia Raymond of Cliffwood Beach; Joseph Raymond and wife Dianna of Old Bridge; and Margaret Pisarczyk of Cliffwood Beach; a dear brother, Frederick Kay; and two cherished grandchildren, Cassandra Raymond and Margaret Mae Pisarczyk.  She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, April 29, 2016, from 2-4 & 7-9PM, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ  07735; and Saturday, April 30, 2016,  8AM at the funeral home, with a 9AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Lawrence RC Church, Laurence Harbor.  Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Keyport.  To post a condolence to the family or for directions to the funeral home, please visit www.dayfuneralhome.com.
