Margaret C. (Goss) Marshall

Margaret C. (Goss) Marshall, 90, of Holmdel, passed away, Sunday, May 15, 2016, at The Willows, Holmdel. Born in New York City, she resided in West Keansburg, before moving to Holmdel. In the 1940’s she served as a policewoman for NYPD. She worked as an assistant with Peoples National Bank in Keyport for 16 years.

Margaret was predeceased by her beloved husband, David Marshall; her parents, Michael and Catherine (Bauer) Goss; and her brother, Bernard Woods. She is survived by her three loving children, Gary Marshall and his wife Cindi of Colorado Springs, CO; Barbara Reilly of Robbinsville, NJ; and Vivian Henn and her husband George of Union Beach; seven cherished grandchildren, George Henn and his wife Nicole, Stephanie Vessie and her husband Robert, Robert Reilly and his wife Jenna, Adam Marshall and his wife Stacey, John Marshall, Sandra Marshall and David Reilly and his wife Michelle; and 5 precious great grandchildren, Lyla, Ava, Brooke, Lucy, Liam, Anastasia and Mindy. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 17, 2016, from 2-4pm & 7-9pm, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Pl. Keyport, NJ 07735; and 9am Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at the funeral home, with a 10am service at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Middletown.
