Madeline M. (Milella) Pesce, 86, of Hazlet, passed away, Monday, March 02, 2015, at home. Born in Brooklyn, she resided in College Point Queens before moving to Hazlet 54 years ago. She was a homemaker who volunteered her time at Bayshore Community Hospital and Holy Family Thrift Store.
Madeline was predeceased by her beloved husband, Nicola T. Pesce in 1979; her parents, Joseph and Anna (Langenfelder) Milella; and her sister, Frances Bush. She is survived by three sons, Samuel Pesce and wife Deona of GA; Joseph Pesce and wife Linda of Manchester; and Nicholas Pesce and wife Carolann of Hazlet; four cherished grandchildren, Anthony James, Nicole Marie, Faith Ann and Gina Maria; and one precious great granddaughter, Madeline. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family and friends are invited Thursday, March 5, 2015, from 2-4 & 7-9PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ 07735; and Friday, March 6, 2015, 9:30AM, with a 10AM service at the funeral home.
