March 14, 1924 ~ February 16, 2017 (age 92) 92 Years Old
Madeline (Patlawsky) DePetro, 92, of Matawan passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel. She was born in Clifton and resided in Paterson before settling in Matawan 20 years ago. She worked for Haband Company as a clerical employee prior to retiring.
Madeline was predeceased by her beloved husband, Edward DePetro; her parents and six siblings. She is survived by her loving daughter, Adele Conticello and her husband Leonard of St. Augustine, FL; a cherished granddaughter, Kaitlin Higgins of Belmar; and several nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
At Madeline’s request she was privately cremated. A memorial gathering will take place on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 3-5PM with a 4PM memorial service at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ 07735.
