Joseph Cotter aged 72 of Hazlet, NJ passed away at home on July 1, 2017 with his loving family by his side. He was born in Scranton, PA on November 6, 1944 to Joseph and Elizabeth Cotter. He then moved to Newark and Parlin and finally settled in Hazlet 30 years ago. Joseph was the owner operator of Bayshore Dental Lab Inc., Keyport for many years. In his free time he loved restoring his Ford Galaxy and was a member of the Ford Galaxy Club.
Joseph is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Elizabeth Urbanick Cotter and his son Dominic R. DiGregorio. Surviving are his cherished wife Angelina "Angie" nee Piccione Cotter, children Susan Pastuzyn, and Rocco DiGregorio. Also surviving is a brother Robert Cotter and four loving grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday July 3, 2017 from 5-8 pm at the Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place Keyport NJ 07735. A funeral service will be held between those hours. As per Joseph's wishes cremation will be private.
