Joan (Nadolski) Hickey

Joan (Nadolski) Hickey, 80, of Holmdel, passed away, Thursday, November 23, 2017, at Bayshore Health Care, Holmdel.  She was born in Jersey City to the late Adam and Stella (Kantorski) Nadolski.  She was a homemaker, who enjoyed  good meal and loved to shop QVC and play the pick it. 

Besides, her parents, Joan was predeceased by her beloved husband, Eugene Hickey.  She is survived by her loving children, Theresa Rosa and her husband Eladio; Eugene Hickey and his wife Ruthann; Tyrone Hickey; Robert Hickey and his wife Michelle, Laura Flora; and Karen Butala; and a dear sister, Theresa Kazmierski.  Grandchildren Ashley Rosa, Anthony Butala, Edward and Mallory Hickey, Heather Hickey, Emma Hickey, Samantha Hickey and R J Hickey.  She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.

At the request of family, Joan was privately cremated.  A Memorial Gathering will take place on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, from 2-4PM, with a 3PM Memorial Service, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ  07735.  You may post a condolence to the family at the funeral home website www.dayfuneralhome.com.
