Jill K. Stoney

Jill K. Stoney, 52, of Highlands, passed away, Sunday, April 23, 2017, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank, after a long battle with ovarian cancer.  Jill lived in Matawan for many years before moving to the Highlands three years ago.  She worked for Hercules Inc., Parlin, in Inventory Control; the U.S. Post Office in Edison and Kearny; and the Welsh Farms store in Highlands.

Jill is survived by her fiancé, James Small of Highlands; and their three cat children, Nuns, Cizzy and Jack. She is also survived by her parents, William and Janet (Morgan) Stoney of Brick, NJ; her brother, William Stoney and his wife Cindy of Jackson;  her sister,  April Lavalle and her husband John of Freehold;  a niece, Erica; and three nephews, Brandon, Jared, and Angelo.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2017, from 5PM-7PM, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ 07735, with a service at 6:30PM.  Cremation will be private.
