James M. Polucki, 52, of Flanders, passed away, Wednesday, May 7, 2014. Born in Red Bank, he resided in Woodbridge, moving to Flanders 18 years ago. He was a computer programmer with Five M Software, Fairfield. He loved working with computers and cars; enjoyed baseball, especially the Yankees; DIY home projects and animals.
James was predeceased by his father, William Polucki. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jo Anne (Powers) Polucki; his loving mother, Joan (Rankl) Polucki; two dear sisters, Barbara Morgan of Las Cruces, NM; and Theresa Manzo and her husband Michael of N. Edison; a dear brother, Thomas Polucki and his wife Toni of Valencia, CA; a brother-in-law, Vincent Powers and his wife Bonnie of Clark; his adored nieces and nephews, Michael and Daniel Manzo of N. Edison; Brian Powers and his wife Nicole of Carteret; Alison Wieczorek and her husband Dan of Matawan; and Kristin Dymond Drake and her husband Zack of Hazlet; and seven great nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
At the direction of the family, cremation will be private. A Memorial Mass will take place on Monday, May, 12, 2014, 12PM, at St. Joseph RC Church, 376 Maple Place, Keyport, with a Memorial Gathering on Monday, May 12, 2014, from 4-8PM, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ 07735.
