Jake Richard Schwartz

It is with great sorrow, that we announce the passing of our beloved Jake Richard Schwartz.  Born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey on October 30, 1985, Jake was called home to heaven on April 23, 2016.  He was a union carpenter out of NYC Local Union #1556 since 2005.  

Raised in Tidal, Pennsylvania, Jake found pleasure in working on and riding motorcycles, playing music with his brother, and spending time with his two daughters. 

Jake was predeceased by two grandmothers; Joan E. Schwartz and Mildred J. Boyle and two cousins; Jarret P. Schwartz and Thomas O. Boyle.

            He is survived by his grandfather; Richard F. Boyle, his loving parents; Joseph J. and Lorraine Schwartz, his daughters; Madison Belle Schwartz and Mia Love Connelly, his brother and sister in law; Joseph A. and LeAnn Schwartz, his sister and her fiancé; Jullie A. Schwartz and George C. Chevalier, four nephews and nieces; John, Mackena, Molly, and Ryder Gomolka and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place Keyport, New Jersey on Tuesday April 26, 2016 from 4-8pm with a funeral service at the funeral home at 6PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth County.
