Henry K. Chan, 72, of Cliffwood Beach/Aberdeen Township, passed away, Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at Care One, Holmdel. He was born in China. He worked as a chef with Renaissance Hotel, Woodbridge, prior to retiring.
Henry was predeceased by his parents, Rong and Koon (Guan) Chan. He is survived by his wife, Margaret (Yip) Chan; his children, Norman Chan of Cliffwood Beach; Diana McCarthy and her husband Pat of Arizona; and Victor Chan and his wife Feng Ling of Cliffwood; and three grandchildren, Kevin, Steven and Erica Chan. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will take place on Friday, September, 4, 2015, from 9AM to 12PM, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ 07735, with burial to follow at Cloverleaf Cemetery, Woodbridge.
