Dorothy (Stalminski) Duda
January 30, 1930 ~ October 10, 2016 (age 86) 86 Years Old
Dorothy (Stalminski) Duda, 86, of Hazlet, passed away peacefully, Monday October 10, 2016 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Linden, she resided in Old Bridge, for 47 years before moving to Hazlet. Dorothy will be remembered for her love of baking, cooking, and crafts and her bright smile. She worked at Christian Brothers Academy, Lincroft, as a cook.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Bernard Duda in 1978, and her parents Stanley and Ceclia (Sadowski) Stalminski, her son Raymond Duda, two brothers, Al Lukaszewski, Ted Lukaszewski, two sisters, Sophie Gawalis and Amelia Morek and her husband Michael, one niece Robin Morek, and one great niece Paige Amey.
She is survived by her daughter-in- law Lois Wolfe, three grandsons, Micheal Duda, Andrew Duda and Randy Duda, many great grandchildren, one niece Michaelene Amey, two great nieces, Lynette Haemmerle and Tiffany Amey, and many great great nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
A graveside service will take place on Friday, Ocotber 14, 2016 at 10:30AM, at Shoreland Memorial Gardens, Hazlet.
