Daniel C. Moeller

Daniel C. Moeller, 34, of East Brunswick,  passed away, Friday, September 25, 2015.  Daniel was raised in Hazlet and went on to graduate from Northeastern University, Boston, MA.  He worked for Pac-Van, New Brunswick.   He was a fan of the Mets and Jets; and loved fishing. 

Daniel was predeceased by his mother, Phyllis Moeller, in 2010.  He is survived by his father, Daniel Hannabass and step-mother, Heide Hannabass; fiancée, Jessica Vitellio and her family; two grandmothers, Phyllis and Frances; eight aunts; and many cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 1, 2015, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ  07735, from 4-8pm, with a Catholic funeral service that will take place between 5-5:30PM, at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, the family requested, in memory of Daniel, that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org/join_the_cause_donate.asp.
